A good wholesaler will quickly develop a keen eye for properties that will safely return on their investment. Inaccurate or incomplete information could mean blindly entering into a money pit that will only drain your cash and crush your spirit. And for many wholesalers, this is only a side hustle - a proactive yet volatile way to invest time and money in the hopes of gaining financial security and, for some, financial independence. I took it upon myself to evaluate a key stage of the wholesaler's workflow and redesign a critical component of myhousedeals.com to better serve this persona's goals.
